09/23/11 Chiropractor and his lovely Wife looking to start sailing. We are young (29), smart, fun and reasonably funny (especially her). I have 4-5 Beer can races under my belt, and a deep seeded love for the water. She is new to sailing, but learns things instantly - amazes me all the time. Looking for a boat that really needs some crew, and a Captain that doesn't mind yelling at a couple of not-so-salty young salts." Cheers- Ryan & Stephanie Maynard. Ryan.Maynard1@navy.mil or 619-990-0880.
09/06/11 Highly technical, physically coordinated and "fun" professional woman seeking racing experience. New to sailing. 42yrs, San Diego native. ciiwolfii@hotmail.com or 760.297.0428.
08/31/11 Interested in being a crew member for your boat. I have basic sailing experience. 49 yo male strong, fit. I hope to increase my skills and knowledge about sailing through direct experience. I am a professional - so I take and execute instructions well. Chris Gualtieri - contact me at chris@medscape.com.
05/21/11 I am working here for a month and would love to get in some racing while here. Experience: Express 27, Ultimate 30, Hobie 33, Columbia 39, Hobie 16. Have worked all spots on the boat. Chris Pape (808) 936-9333 or cjpape@yahoo.com.
05/19/11 Experienced fore deck & pit crew person available for 2011 Beer Cans. Raced mostly on 30 - 40 ft boats with typical spin poles. Did beer cans from '01 to '09 & loved it. Previous crews were fairly serious competitors. Email - cbaron@sandi.net
05/19/11 I grew up sailing on lakes and in the ocean. Raced Hobie Cat 14, 16, 18 for 10+ years. Competed in a few pleasure races on assorted big boats. Know a lot more than the basics, fast learner to master a specific boat, but definitely have a few cob webs to dust off. My work schedule is extremely flexible. Can sail most any day or time with a little notice. Also, I'm happy to help around the boat after the fun is over.

11/17/10 I have just completed the Keel One class at Mission Bay Aquatic Center (MBAC) and am hooked on sailing. I am scheduled to complete Keel Two and Keel Three in early December. 08/09/10 New to San Diego - UPDATED. Energetic sailor with several years competitive racing in Boston and Rochester, NY and one season of San Diego Beer Cans looking for all kinds of racing opportunities. Rate myself at a strong intermediate level though several teams I raced on were local/regional champions. Have raced on many boats, from J-22 to Beneteau 45+. Successfully competed in New England NOOD (Freers 33) and PHRF Championships (various boats) as well as Key West Race Week 2004. Have held almost all positions at one time or another, though typically gravitate to jib or main trim. Am available most days and on short notice. Also interested in doing boat deliveries.
