Mount Gay Rum has informed us that they cannot sponsor the Beer Cans this year!! Their corporate office has cut 25 sponsorships due to a poor financial year; since CRA is not a a yacht club that purchases rum year-round, they feel the return on investment with CRA is not sufficient.
We also are lacking a beer sponsor this year!
And so CRA is looking for any ideas/contacts/relationships you might have with beer and/or spirits providers who might be interested in sponsorship of the Beer Can Series at some level.
